We provide response to support requests within one business hour or less, and are frequently able to respond immediately, with resolution to most problems within eight business hours.

Ashton’s Business Guard Plan provides essential security, monitoring, maintenance and live support at a flat monthly fee, and a discounted hourly rate if you ever require services outside the plan terms. This is a flexible, Co-Managed IT Plan can be shaped to exactly what you need and is ideal to assist in-house IT teams. Now your team can remain focused on day-to-day operations, while our team monitors your network, shores up weak points and keeps up with emerging threats. Or we can manage daily operations as well, while your team handles major projects, ERP systems or industry-specific software. We don’t expect you to adapt to our processes — we adapt to yours.
Our Business Shield Plan offers complete coverage of your IT infrastructure, at a fixed monthly rate, period. This concierge plan provides comprehensive security, preventive monitoring and active system maintenance, along with unlimited local help desk support for your users, plus regular update meetings and reporting.
An Ashton One plan combines all services, solutions and support of the Ashton Business Shield plan with all necessary hardware and installation for your environment. One flat monthly fee will cover your entire IT budget: laptops, PCs, firewalls, switching, servers, endpoint security, data backup and disaster recovery, and support. All applicable licensing and hardware remains up-to- date and within support, with regular hardware upgrades and replacements.

localized team of IT professionals. Unlike many others, Ashton’s help desk is staffed by our engineers with complete access to our comprehensive
