A Day in the Life

There is worry, varying degrees of worry.  Some call it the challenge of a running a business.  Do I have the right players on the team?  How can my team do better?  How do we grow the business? We need to sell more.  How can we sell more?   If we sell more, how will we service it?  What if we lose our biggest client?  Are we making any money doing this?  Why are we doing this?

The phone rings, you return an email, and put out the first of many fires of the day.  The worry is pushed down in your gut and out of your mind.  You work in your business, not on your business.  Maybe you eat your way through the stress.  You probably experience extreme grumpiness.  Then you worry about the website because it’s easier.
