Plus, flat-rate IT lets you budget confidently — you’ll know how much you’re going to spend every fiscal year. Our Complete Plan offers full services at a fixed monthly rate, period. Our Guard Plan involves a monthly fee and a discounted hourly rate if you ever require services outside the plan terms.

If you have in-house IT, we’re not out to replace them, but we can support them. Your IT staff can remain focused on day-to-day operations, while our staff monitors your network for threats, shores up weak points before they can be exploited and keeps up with emerging technology and best practices. We research and test all software patches before installing them — it’s time-consuming work, but still easier than figuring out which untested patch is conflicting with what other software and triggering a new batch of problems.
