Everybody Needs It
Customer service. Whether as a business owner looking for service from a current vendor, or as a consumer calling a utility, mail order company, or car dealership, we all deal with customer service on a regular basis. To some extent, we all take our turns on both sides of the table. As the sales and marketing manager with Ashton Technology Solutions, I realize that, if I (or our team) were to provide poor customer service to our existing clients or prospects, we'd be likely to lose their business (or not get it, in the first place). As a typical consumer, I also have a love/hate relationship with customer service organizations.
